Law graduate program 2026

MolinoCahill offers a bespoke 12-month graduate program, which involves market-leading training paired with on-the-job learning on some of the country’s most high-profile projects, contracts and disputes.

How to apply

MolinoCahill will be accepting applications for graduate lawyers to join our team in 2026 from Monday, 14 April to Sunday, 20 July, 2025.

We are located in the Melbourne CBD and the role is a full time position. The successful applicants will have a strong academic record and excellent communication skills.

Our graduates undertake Supervised Workplace Training, with a strong emphasis on practical, on-the-job training as part of our team. Our graduates also receive comprehensive training in core competencies as well as the key areas of specialisation of the firm. Our Graduate Training Program is conducted predominantly in-house, with additional training provided by the Leo Cussen Centre for Law.

We also welcome applications from candidates who have undertaken practical legal training and recently qualified for admission.

Seasonal clerk program for Summer 2025 and Winter 2026

MolinoCahill offers two-week seasonal clerkships in the summer and winter university breaks. Seasonal clerks will have the opportunity to work closely with our team on some of the country’s most high-profile projects, contracts and disputes.

MolinoCahill will be accepting applications for seasonal clerkships for Summer 2025 and Winter 2026 from Monday, 14 April to Sunday, 28 September 2025.

We have a limited number of opportunities for students in the penultimate year of a law degree to participate in our seasonal clerkship program.
