We have extensive experience in assisting our clients to manage legal, commercial and technical issues arising under the project documents, and providing ongoing advisory services where projects have commenced, and construction is underway.
Dispute management and avoidance during the project phase is an important part of the services we offer. We proactively assist clients in reviewing and assessing issues which arise, including with respect to claims and potential claims, to ensure that our clients’ rights are appropriately protected and enforced and that an efficient resolution is achieved.

Rapid Growth Projects – Pilbara Region
Acting for the owner, advising on contract administration, claims and dispute resolution across a multi-phase expansion of port, rail and mine infrastructure with a capital works value of approximately $10 billion.
Sydney Light Rail
Acting for Project Co during the project delivery phase, including advising in relation to upstream and downstream claims and disputes, and advising in relation to formal court proceedings and a facilitation process.
