We have extensive experience in assisting our clients to manage legal, commercial and technical issues arising under the project documents, and providing ongoing advisory services where projects have commenced, and construction is underway.

We proactively assist clients in reviewing and assessing issues which arise, including with respect to claims and potential claims, to ensure that our clients’ rights are appropriately protected and enforced and that an efficient resolution is achieved.
