Experience highlights
Snowy 2.0
Acting for the winning bidder in the tender and execution phase. Post award, we assisted our client with the negotiation of the EPC documentation and the major subcontract prior to execution. We have subsequently acted for the EPC Contractor on the renegotiation of the head contract and major subcontracts.
Suburban Roads Upgrade
Acting for the lead design and construction contractor in relation to a tender led by Project Co for the Northern and South Eastern Road Upgrades. We worked closely with our client to identify upstream and downstream risks, report comprehensively to multiple stakeholders, and prepare deliverables for submission.
State and Federal Government Projects
Our directors have over two decades of experience advising the public sector on the procurement and delivery of landmark infrastructure projects under Victoria’s Big Build program (Level Crossing Removal Project, Regional Rail Revival and the North East Link Project), the Commonwealth Quarantine projects, the NBN broadband rollout and various Victorian toll road projects.
