Renewable Energy

Support across the life-cycle of your renewable energy project

Our team has advised on some of Australia’s most significant renewable energy projects, spanning both generation and storage projects including wind, solar, pumped hydro and transmission infrastructure. Our experience spans the full project life-cycle from development and procurement to disputes advisory.

We are well versed in the key issues and drivers facing the sector in implementing the energy transition.

Our work has included preparing and reviewing project documentation and procurement strategies, identifying a wide range of options and addressing concerns regarding the common risks arising on renewable energy projects.

We also have extensive experience supporting delivery, and the conduct and resolution of disputes, on some of Australia’s most complex renewable energy projects.
