Experience highlights
New Royal Adelaide Hospital
Advising in relation to the delivery of hospital infrastructure, including the management of upstream and downstream claims and providing ongoing advice on operational and maintenance issues following project completion. We acted in multiple arbitrations, mediation, a Federal Court proceeding, and a multi-party arbitration regarding disputes which arose during the construction phase.
Royal Hobart Hospital Redevelopment
Advising on project delivery issues, assisting with the resolution of claims made by the managing contractor for extensions of time, delay costs and variations, including in an expert determination process.
Ararat Prison
Acting for the managing contractor and advising in relation to the delivery of the project including the resolution of upstream and downstream issues, and acting in formal disputes including Supreme Court proceedings in relation to claims for extensions of time, variations and other contractual payments and defending counterclaims.
