Forrestfield Airport Link
Acting for the Joint Venture head contractor, advising on contract administration and delivery phase advice, including geotechnical claims, variations and extensions of time.
Sydney Metro Northwest
Acting for a large international construction contractor in connection with the construction of rail infrastructure, assisting with the preparation of claims and the resolution of disputes before a Dispute Avoidance Board, and with the conduct of a large-scale arbitration.
Victorian Major Transport Infrastructure
Our directors have advised on many of the major projects and programs under Victoria’s Big Build program including the Level Crossing Removal Project, the Regional Rail Revival Program and the North East Link Project. As part of their role, our directors led the development of the collaborative delivery models, including the alliance and ITC delivery models used on major transport infrastructure.
