Recent experience

  • Negotiating and drafting upstream and downstream settlement documentation concerning the operation and enforcement of abatement regimes on a PPP infrastructure project in South Australia.

  • Assisting a head contractor in preparing claims in relation to geotechnical conditions, connection agreements and delays on a major hydro infrastructure project in New South Wales.

  • Acting for a project consortium in relation to operation and maintenance phase issues and re-tendering of services process on a hospital infrastructure project.

  • Advising and drafting responses to notices of default in connection with a rail infrastructure project in regional Victoria.
