She acts on behalf of all stakeholders in the construction and infrastructure sectors, including principals, head contractors, sub-contractors and consultants.
Sinead’s area of practice is focused primarily on dispute resolution and dispute avoidance. She has advised and represented clients in relation to a wide range of issues arising out of construction and infrastructure projects, including claims in respect of defective works, variations, extensions of time, prolongation and acceleration costs.
Sinead has experience in a broad range of formal and informal dispute resolution mechanisms including mediation, expert determination, court proceedings and arbitration.

Advising a contractor in relation to design and contractual obligations arising on the North West Rail Link project.

Representing Project Co in relation to defect claims arising on a large hospital infrastructure project in Victoria.
